The Social Housing Project in Lezhë was developed to provide safe and stable housing for individuals and families affected by the Albania earthquake in 2019. Designed as a community support initiative, this residential complex ensures modern living conditions for those in need. 46 Group SH.P.K. was responsible for the construction of the entire building, delivering a high-quality and durable housing solution.

This 1,900m² residential facility consists of 16 fully equipped apartments, designed to meet the essential living requirements of displaced families. The project was executed with a strong focus on structural integrity, ensuring long-term safety and resilience.
